I will promptly schedule you with a convenient time. All appointments made will undergo a short screening process over the phone so I can personalize your session to your specific needs. Private Yoga Sessions can be either in your home or my studio. Reiki Healing sessions will be at my Litchfield Connectcut location. Small Group Yoga Instructions at your home are also available.
