- Series of 6 private 1 hour sessions: $395
* Share the cost of private yoga sessions with your friends! Rotate the home location among them! Maximum of 4 per group.
$20 off list price of your next session for each client you refer

- 45 minute session: $60
- 1hour session; $75
- Series of four 45 minute sessions: $220
- Series of four 1 hour sessions: $280

Creating Rituals of Sacred Self Care
In our busy lives we become so absorbed with work, taking care of our families, our homes and everyone else that it becomes easy to put ourselves at the bottom of our priority list. The problem is it catches up with us and we find that we have disconnected from ourselves feeling exhausted, drained and nothing left to give. We need to learn ways to "put our own oxygen mask on first" before we can take care of anyone else.
This workshop teaches you to release the guilt of giving yourself personal time to replenish and restore your energies. You will learn the tools of creating your own sacred space, scheduling your own special time and create your own rituals of self nurturing.
